DOMINIO

El dominio es el nombre que le vas a poner a tu pagina


Los dominios .com.ar (ejemplo www.TuNombre.com.ar) (SON GRATIS!!!)


Tenes que entrar en el sitio argentino que aloja los dominios. http://www.nic.ar

Una ves ingresado, tendrmos que seguir 3 pasos para registrar el dominio.


Aclaraciòn de mètodo de trabajo en Nic: Nic procesa los dominios de
toda la argentina es por eso que es 100% automatizado. Cuando llenes un
formulario y lo envies a nic, te va a llegar un mail de nic, pidiendote
la confirmaciòn de esos datos. Lo ùnico que tenes que hacer para poner
en tràmite ese pedido, es responder el mail "sin modificarlo" y
encargarte de que tu programa de correo no lo modifique al responder.
Si tienen en cuenta eso, los procesos seran mas ràpidos. De modo contrario no seran procesados o tardaràn el doble.

Primer Paso que "Entidad"

Segundo Paso La "Persona"

Tercer Paso el "Dominio "


Instrucciones para Paso 1: (Entidad)

para registrar la entidad tenemos que entrar aca y seguir los pasos.

Recuerden que una entidad es una sociedad constituida. No se asusten solo agreguen S.A. a su entidad. Ej: Gomez S.A.

Instrucciones para Paso 2: (Persona)

Para registrar una persona entramos aca y seguimos todos los pasos.
Cuando les pida DNI Y/O Cuil solo ingresen el DNI. En caso de poseer,
ingresen el Cuil. (no es necesario el cuil, con dni alcanza)

Instrucciones para Paso 3: (Domminio)

Una ves obtenidos los DNS, la Entidad y la persona solo nos queda registrar el Dominio. Debemos ingresar aca.

Sigan todos los pasos que figuran ahi ingresando en cada caso lo registrado anteriormente.

El ultimo paso de la registracion de un dominio es el ingreso de los DNS. Este paso no es complicado pero quizas es rebuscado.

Tienen que abrir el E-mail que recibieron de Netfirms cuando registraron los dns. Ahi van a encontrar 4 cosas necesarias para

este ultimo paso.


ip y nombre del primer Servidor.

ip y nombre del segundo Servidor.



Deben copiar uno por uno y pegarlo donde nos indica nic.

Por ultimo como siempre respondemos sin modificar el mail que nos llegarà y finalmente debemos esperar.

Pasados 2 dias, por lo general ya estan disponibles el/los dominios para su uso.

.net.ar - Se necesita ser una entidad proveedora de inet.

.org.ar - Se necesita ser una asociacion sin fine de lucro.

.mil.ar - Se necesita ser milico.

.edu.ar - Se necesita ser una instituciòn educativa.

.esc.edu.ar - Se necesita ser una instituciòn educativa.

Este trámite contempla la protección del diseño y contenido de las páginas web, una vez publicadas en Internet.

El trámite no es personal.

Se debe presentar el formulario completo junto con una copia de la obra. Cada nueva versión debe ser registrada.

La finalización del trámite es inmediata a la presentación de la documentación en la Mesa de entradas de la Dirección.

Se puede realizar la gestión por correspondencia.

// Seguridad:

La obra, cuyo ejemplar ingresa en el registro de derecho de autor,
adquiere, mediante el acto administrativo que significa su admisión,
certeza de su existencia en determinada fecha, de su título, su autor,
traductor y contenido. Si se trata de un contrato, certeza de fecha,
contenido y partes contratantes.

// Prueba de autoría:

Es una presunción de autoría que otorga el Estado, con una fecha cierta de inscripción.


// Elementos de comparación:

El registro en la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor, sirve de
elemento de comparación en supuestos de plagio y piratería. En ese
supuesto, el ejemplar de la obra depositada es remitido al Poder
Judicial para su valoración.

// Protección del usuario de buena fe:

Se presume autor de la obra el que figura como tal en el
certificado de registro, salvo prueba en contrario. El editor o
productor que publicara la obra conforme a las constancias que obran en
esta Dirección Nacional, quedaría eximido de responsabilidad penal, en
el supuesto de que se presente el verdadero autor reclamando sus
derechos.

// Publicidad de las obras y contratos registrados:

Función primordial de un registro es dar a conocer su contenido. La
información beneficia a todo aquel que tiene interés en oponer su
derecho frente a terceros y a quienes buscan cerciorarse sobre la
viabilidad y legitimidad en una contratación.

Tratándose de una obra inédita, ante cualquier duda, extravío o
conflicto, siempre existe la posibilidad de requerir la apertura de
sobre y obtener el contenido certificado por esta Dirección Nacional, a
solicitud del autor.
